Panel Processing, Inc. Acquires AFCO Panel Products

Panel Processing, Inc. has purchased certain assets of AFCO Panel Products, a division of AFCO Industries, Inc. The new subsidiary will be doing business as Holland Panel Products, Inc. Holland Panel Products, located in Holland, Michigan, is a leading manufacturer of markerboard, tile board and fabricated panel products. Products are marketed through retail home centers, distributors and OEMs in various industries.

With the addition of Holland Panel Products, Panel Processing now operates ten manufacturing plants in six locations. Along with the new plant in Holland, MI, Panel operates plants in Alpena and Coldwater, MI, Merrillville, IN, Jacksonville, TX and Eufaula, AL.

NEW SLATWALL COMPONENTS FROM PANEL PROCESSING

New Shoda & Heian CNC Routers have expanded the ability of Panel Processing to produce custom slatwall panels for Store Fixture and Display manufacturers. We can now supply you with all of your needs, from paint grade 4’ x 8’ MDF panels with slots running the short dimension to custom finished and fabricated parts ready to use when you receive them. We can respond to any of your customization needs including:

Custom edge finishes, paint, edge banding, tee-molding
Special edge profiles
Slatwall paneling routed to custom shape
Holes drilled in panels to your specifications
Supply and install slot inserts to your specs
PPI Coatings, our own in-house paint company can quickly match any of your paint color requirements.
