Panel Processing fabricates a full line of custom finished and machined sample boards for the flooring industry including Carpet, Tile, Resilient Flooring, Laminate Flooring, or Hardwood Flooring.
Our sample boards are available in hardboard, thin HDF, MDF and particleboard. Boards are fabricated in a number of ways: bull-nosed or square edges; radius or square corners; with routed hand-holes; routed as shadow boxes; unpainted or painted on one or two sides; laminated with melamine or vinyl; edge painted or edge banded; and with mounting holes.
We can also mount your lithograph to the boards, silk screen or print a digital ink jet image directly to the board.
